With over 8 years of Labor & Delivery experience and more than 3 years of personal breastfeeding experience, I understand both the clinical and emotional aspects of feeding and caring for a baby, while caring for yourself.

My goal is to provide judgment-free, practical support that helps parents feel informed, confident, and empowered. Every family deserves access to compassionate lactation and postpartum care in a comfortable and supportive environment.
